We use the United States Postal Service for most of our shipping. We have found them very reliable and the most economical shipping method for our customers. In addition to the actual shipping costs, we add only a very modest amount to cover the cost of shipping materiel, handling, etc.

LightSource, DVDs, stickers, note cards, posters and books are shipped from our warehouse in Kearney, Missouri. Domestically we free ship First Class Mail. We usually ship within two business days of receipt of order. Expect 3-5 days in transit. Internationally we ship via Air Mail. Faster shipping service is available in the cart.

Metaforms 3-D sacred geometry forms, power objects and jewelry are shipped directly from the manufacturing facility in Lyons, Colorado. If they are out of stock or there is a delay for any reason, we will either email you regarding the status of the order. Internationally, forms are sent by USPS. If you have a rush order, please inform us by email and we will reply with the cost to send by a faster method.

High Chi Jewelry and LightCODES pendants and meditation discs are shipped directly from the High Chi manufacturing facility in Stinson Beach, California and the LightCODES manufacturing facility in Reno, Nevada. Domestically they are sent via Priority Mail or FedEx; your choice. When in stock they are usually shipped within two business days of receipt of order.

First class USPS does not provide a tracking number. However, shipping confirmation and tracking number will be sent to you via email on for all packages shipped by Priority Mail or FedEx.


Our products are guaranteed and if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.  You have 15 calendar days to initiate return of an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.

rma   Before sending your return item you must first notify CodeName MANA of your intent to do so and receive a return merchandise authorization. Obtain the RMA by using the CONTACT & CUSTOMER SUPPORT form accessible via clicking/tapping the drop-down menu at the top right of your page on the website. Provide us your name, date of purchase and which item you purchased and wish to return. We will reply with the address to where you must return the item. It is not required, but we would appreciate if you would kindly provide us the reason you are returning the item.

Refunds   Once we receive your item we will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. When your return is approved, we will initiate a refund within 24 hours to your credit card (or original method of payment). Exactly when that credit will appear on your statements depends on your card issuer's policies.

Shipping   You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non­refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. For your own protection we advise all returning items be sent insured.
